Exchange Policy

All exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the delivery date.

Conditions for Exchanges

• Defective items.
• Significant color mismatch or quality-related issues.
• Size-related exchanges: Subject to brand discretion. Customers are strongly advised to refer to the size chart provided. Issues arising from incorrect size selection by the customer are not the responsibility of the brand.

Exchange Process

The exchange process will commence only after the original item has been returned to and inspected by our office. The brand reserves the right to accept or decline any exchange request based on the condition and adherence to our policy guidelines.

If an item does not meet our exchange conditions, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.

• Exchanges are subject to local regulations.
• Shipping fees and other logistical charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

في حالة رفض المنتج، سيتم إعادته للعميل مع تحمل العميل مصاريف الإرجاع.
