Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds — only exchanges.

Exchange requests must be sent within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please email your request to: shop@authenticde.com — we’ll review it and respond accordingly.
Once your request is approved, please select the item you’d like to receive from our website: authenticde.com.

A courier will come to collect your original item and deliver the new one.
If the size you want is unavailable, you may exchange it for any other item available on our website.
Exchange shipping fees are covered by the client.
Items must be unworn, with the original tags attached, and in their original condition.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

يجب إرسال طلب الاستبدال خلال ٤٨ ساعة من استلام الطلب.

الرجاء إرسال الطلب على البريد الإلكتروني: shop@authenticde.com — وسيتم مراجعة الطلب والرد عليكم.

بعد الموافقة على طلب الاستبدال، يُرجى اختيار المنتج البديل من موقعنا: authenticde.com.

سيقوم المندوب باستلام القطعة الأصلية وتسليم القطعة البديلة.

إذا لم يتوفر المقاس المطلوب، يمكنكم اختيار أي منتج آخر من الموقع.

تكاليف الشحن للاستبدال يتحملها العميل.

يجب أن تكون القطع غير مُستخدمة، مع وجود التيكت الأصلي، وفي حالتها الأصلية.

يجب تقديم إثبات الشراء (الإيصال أو تأكيد الطلب).
