Right to Refund and Exchange Policy for Authentic
Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the delivery date.
- Refunds are not accepted during sale periods or on items purchased through special offers.
In case of a refund:
- Payment will be returned to the original payment method according to the refund policy and the Central Bank of Egypt within 14 working days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refunded amount will be added as credit to the customer's account.
- If the customer prefers the refund to be transferred to their bank account, additional charges will apply.
- Shipping fees and any other logistics or transfer fees will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
Exchange Policy
For Sale Items: Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date. Refunds are not permitted during sales or promotional offers.
For Non-Sale Items: Exchange or return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.
Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are subject to local country regulations, allowing the brand to accept or decline requests if the case does not comply with the policy.
The process for a refund or exchange will commence only after the original item has been received at the brand's office for review. The brand will inspect the item and decide whether the request is accepted or declined.
- If the item is not accepted, it will be returned to the customer, and return fees will be applied.
Conditions for Exchange
Exchanges are allowed only for the following reasons:
- Defective items
- Color mismatch or issues related to quality
Delivery Times
Delivery times are variable due to the traffic on orders. However, all orders should be delivered within 2 to 7 working days.
