Please note, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases. Exchanges are permitted only under the specified conditions and within the designated timeframe.
Exchange Policy
All exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the delivery date.
Conditions for Exchanges
- Defective items.
- Significant color mismatch or quality-related issues.
- Size-related exchanges: Subject to brand discretion. Customers are strongly advised to refer to the size chart provided. Issues arising from incorrect size selection by the customer are not the responsibility of the brand.
Exchange Process
The exchange process will commence only after the original item has been returned to and inspected by our office. The brand reserves the right to accept or decline any exchange request based on the condition and adherence to our policy guidelines.
If an item does not meet our exchange conditions, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Additional Information
- Exchanges are subject to local regulations.
- Shipping fees and other logistical charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on order traffic. However, orders are typically delivered within 2 to 7 working days.

تبدأ إجراءات الاستبدال بعد استلام المنتج الأصلي وفحصه في مكتب العلامة التجارية. تحتفظ العلامة التجارية بحق قبول أو رفض طلب الاستبدال بناءً على حالة المنتج والتزامه بشروط السياسة.
في حالة رفض المنتج، سيتم إعادته للعميل مع تحمل العميل مصاريف الإرجاع.
معلومات إضافية
- تخضع عملية الاستبدال للوائح المحلية.
- يتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن والرسوم اللوجستية المتعلقة بالاستبدال.
أوقات التسليم
أوقات التسليم متغيرة بحسب حركة الطلبات، ولكن عادةً ما يتم التسليم خلال 2 إلى 7 أيام عمل.
