Shipping & Refund Policy
- We ship to all cities in Egypt within 2 to 5 working days. These dates can be affected by holidays and weekends
- Free shipping is available for orders over 2000 EGP
- Refunds are available if the customer requests it within 7 days of receiving the order. The refund will be initiated after receiving the order at our warehouse and after a quality check
- Refunds are available through the same payment method used to place the order. For COD orders, refunds are only available via wallet or InstaPay transfer
- Refunds are not available on orders with discounts and free shipping
- If the customer requests a refund for an undamaged order, the customer will be charged for all fees, including shipping and bank fees
- Exchanges are available if the customer requests them within 14 days of receiving the order
- Customers are not allowed to open the package before paying the order fees if the order is COD
- If the customer requests a refund for an undamaged order, the customer will receive the amount after deducting any fees
- Customized items cannot be refunded or exchanged
- Gift orders cannot be refunded
- If the customer refuses to receive the order or if shipping cannot reach them to deliver the order, the customer will be blacklisted
- Same Day Delivery is available as beta testing in the following destinations in Cairo (Heliopolis, Nasr City, Rehab, New Cairo, Madinaty) and is not available for COD orders. It can only be delivered if the order is placed before 2 pm on a working day
